DODIE LOEWE

Dodie was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and has lived there her entire life.

She has a B.S. in Fashion Design;  College of Design, Art & Architecture;  University of Cincinnati, 1980.    She graduated Summa Cum Laude - Class Valedictorian.

Dodie has an extensive background in the fiber arts and quilting.  After graduation, she designed and produced handknit sweaters for Pogues, Gidding-Jenny and Henry Harris stores.  She had a yarn and sweater shop for a number of years in the Kenwood area of Cincinnati.  Wedding and christening gowns are also a part of her accomplishments.

She has only been painting seriously for the last two years.

She lives with her husband, Gerry, in the Legendary Run Community of Cincinnati.  She has two children and two grandchildren.
